Delete your CodeSense data.
Last updated: August 8, 2026
CodeSense is local-first and does not require an account. You can remove learning data from your device, and you can request deletion of the limited server records associated with an installation.
Delete learning data on your device
In the Android app, open Settings → Reset learning progress and confirm the destructive reset. This deletes completed lessons, quiz results, challenge history, streaks, and Developer Independence progress.
To remove all CodeSense app data stored on the device, use Android Settings to clear CodeSense storage or uninstall the app. CodeSense does not provide cloud progress sync. On-device OCR images and temporary capture files are not uploaded by the default flow.
Request deletion of CodeSense server records
When you request AI analysis or use Premium verification, CodeSense may retain minimal operational records associated with a random installation identifier: quota usage, entitlement status and expiry, a one-way purchase-token hash, and abuse-prevention metadata. Submitted code, images, and AI responses are not intentionally stored as application data.
To request deletion of applicable CodeSense server records, contact us through the CodeSense support page. Say that you are requesting CodeSense data deletion and include the app version and approximate dates involved. Do not send purchase tokens, passwords, API keys, private keys, or source code. We may ask for limited information needed to identify the installation record. We will review the request and delete applicable records unless a limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal, or financial obligations.
Subscriptions and Google Play
Deleting CodeSense app or server data does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel or manage Premium through Google Play. Google Play controls payment records and subscription transactions; CodeSense does not receive your payment card information.
If you later restore a valid subscription or request AI analysis again, new minimal operational records may be created. Read the privacy policy for more detail.
